Coronatech CH series controllers integrate the entire high voltage power chain required for the operation of Coronatech corona treatment modules. They are equipped with a system for extracting stale air (ozone) generated during treatment and an intuitive touch screen with ergonomic software, facilitating the configuration of settings and safety elements.

Models CH 500 to CH 4000

Coronatech offers different models of corona treatment and power transformation module controls adapted to the specific needs of each application.

Some models also integrate a suction turbine in a secondary cabinet, allowing both the efficient extraction of ozone and the maintenance of the media flat under the electrodes, thus ensuring homogeneous and optimized treatment.

These units are selected for the project based on several criteria:

  • the processing power required for the target material,

  • the speed of the production line,

  • the suction power required to extract polluted air (ozone),

  • the possible presence of a motor for the advancement of materials,

  • the number of corona treatment heads (simplex or duplex configuration).

Our Coronatech control units incorporate, on some models, a suction turbine housed in a secondary cabinet. This system not only extracts the ozone generated at the electrodes during treatment, but also redirects part of the suction flow in order to keep the media flat as it passes under the electrodes. This prevents any risk of clogging and ensures uniform treatment, while simultaneously reinforcing the extraction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Control software

Coronatech corona treatment control software offers an ergonomic and intuitive interface, designed for simple and efficient use. Adaptable to specific needs, it allows precise parameterization and real-time monitoring of the process.

Quick and easy integration

Coronatech corona treatment control modules are designed to be easily integrated into a production area or near a machine, ensuring an optimized and secure installation. Compliant with current electrical and industrial standards (such as CE directive, IEC and UL standards depending on the region).

Coronatech control modules are equipped with a cooling system incorporating forced ventilation, heat dissipation grilles and controlled air circulation to ensure efficient temperature regulation of the power components and guarantee stable operation of the corona treatment.

Thanks to their modular and ergonomic design, these units can be easily integrated into existing production lines while ensuring precise and reliable control of corona treatment.

Access for maintenance is simplified.
